
A bit about this month speaker:
After nearly 20 years in teaching, I retrained with an MSc in Nutrition Science and Practice after my own difficult gut health journey. I found my own answers to restore my quality of life through nutrition. I was going through perimenopause, although I didn’t know it at the time- if only I had!! I am passionate that others shouldn’t have to live with debilitating symptoms when there is so much they can do through diet, lifestyle and the right support, to go on and live active and vibrant lives. I’m committed to empower women with support, good information, and love, because l truly believe that together we rise.
