Nurture and Navigate is a warm, welcoming peer-to-peer support group for families navigating the social world with little ones who find it all a bit overwhelming. Whether your child has a diagnosis, is awaiting one, or just finds busy spaces challenging, this group offers a safe, understanding space to explore social connection gently.
Led by Vic from myLifePool and LifePooler Colette—whose own son is autistic and has experienced challenges in social settings—this isn’t a professional or clinical group. It’s a community gathering rooted in kindness, shared experience, and the power of peer support.
We’ve designed the setting to suit children up to age 12, with three separate indoor play spaces to suit different needs, plus an outdoor area with giant building blocks (weather permitting). It’s ideal for children who benefit from a calmer environment. We’ll provide toys, age-adapted crafts, and Lego for all ages. Older children are encouraged to support younger ones through play, giving them the chance to feel empowered and included.
Drinks and light snacks are included for everyone.
Please note: Parents remain responsible for supervising their own children throughout. Be mindful of any small play items and check snacks if your child has dietary needs or allergies.
This is a relaxed, inclusive space where everyone is welcome—whether it’s your first time out in a while or you come every month. Book now to join us.
