Join Sara for a lovely relaxation session using quartz crystal singing bowls.
If you’re feeling stressed, anxious, tense, having a lot running round your head, or just want to escape for some time focussing inwards on you, this relaxation session is for you.
Using the powerful vibrational sounds from the singing bowls and wonderful smells of calming essential oils. This session will help restore your inner you.
Escape from a hectic day and the long to do list, and set yourself up for a wonderful night’s sleep.
The session will have a 20 min intro and guided relaxation, then around 40 min of sound bathing, following this a gradual ease back into the room and time to chat before getting back home for a restful night.
For the session you’ll be relaxing and laying on the floor so please bring a yoga mat and blanket and a pillow or cushion if they would like to use one. If you don’t have a yoga mat send me a message me on vic@myLifePool.co.uk and I may be able to provide one for you.

Sara works as a hospital pharmacist and is a qualified hypnobirthing and mindful breastfeeding instructor. She has a holistic approach to modern medicine, with a strong interest in using non-medicinal therapies to support wellbeing.
Her experience in being in a sound bath sparked a new love of quartz crystal singing bowls and sound healing.
