Parenting is tough, sometimes we feel in control, positive and hopeful but then things come up that challenge, discourage and derail us. The theme of this workshop is how to handle those moments and how to create fresh starts. We will share some strategies to help you reset your nervous system and mentally move forward.
By the end of the workshop, you will

- Recognise the signs of too much stress/stimulation in yourself and your children
- Know some techniques to physically reset
